Manage your sessions and notifications
Both are under Settings, and both are yours — they follow you across every organisation you belong to.
Sessions
Your active sessions are the devices and browsers currently signed in as you.
- Go to Settings → Sessions.
- Review the list.
- End any you do not recognise or no longer use.
Ending a session signs that device out immediately.
Do this if you have used a shared or borrowed device, or if anything on the list is unfamiliar. An unrecognised session is worth acting on straight away and then changing your password.
Yours only
You cannot see or end anyone else's sessions here, and no administrator can end yours from their own settings.
Removing someone's access to an organisation is a membership change, not a session one.
Notifications
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Choose what you want to be told about.
Per person, not per organisation
Two admins in the same organisation can be notified about completely different things. Your choices affect nobody else, and nobody else's affect you.
The consequence is worth knowing: "nobody was told" usually means nobody had it switched on — not that the organisation is misconfigured. If something matters, make sure at least one person is actually subscribed rather than assuming the organisation is.
When someone leaves
Alerts they were the only recipient of now reach nobody. Worth checking during offboarding — see remove someone.
Your password
Under Settings → Security. Changing it affects your account only. It does not sign other people out of anything, and it changes nothing about any organisation.
Change it if you have ended a session you did not recognise.
What is not here
Members, roles, billing and the audit log belong to the organisation, not to you, and need organisation-admin access. See your account and your organisation.
