Add a site
A site is the top-level home for stock — a warehouse, a shop, or a virtual holding site. Add one whenever you bring a new physical location, or an in-transit holder, into Yessort.
Add locations
A location is an addressable spot inside a warehouse site — a bin, a shelf, or a pallet space. Add one whenever you need to track stock at a new spot on the floor.
Adjust stock
Adjust stock to correct on-hand quantity for a location without moving stock elsewhere — for example after damage, a miscount, or shrinkage. Every adjustment is tied to a reason, which keeps the change auditable.
Move stock
Move stock between two locations in the same site — for example to re-slot a variant into a better bin, or to consolidate scattered stock into one spot. A move only changes where stock sits; it doesn't change the total on-hand for the site. See how Yessort models your warehouse for the site/location split. Moving stock to a different site is a separate feature — see how transfers work.
