Install the print agent
The print agent is what collects print jobs and sends them to your printers. Until one is running at a site, nothing there prints.
Pair a device
Pairing tells Yessort which site this machine serves, and gives it a token to authenticate with.
Get your printers discovered
You do not add printers to Yessort. The agent finds them and reports what it can see.
Set a site's default printers
Defaults decide where a job goes when nothing more specific applies. A site has three, and the difference between them matters.
Route labels to a specific printer
A routing rule sends particular documents to a particular printer, ahead of the site's defaults.
Design a label template
Templates are laid out visually: a canvas the size of your labels, with elements placed on it.
Print a batch of product labels
A batch prints many labels in one go, instead of one at a time.
Fix a print that did not appear
Nothing came out. Work through these in order — they are arranged so the most common causes come first.
