Create a manual order
Create a manual order for a sale that didn't come from a sales channel — a phone order, a trade order, a walk-in.
Resolve an order in review
The review queue lists orders that arrived from a channel with something worth a second look. Channel content is authoritative, so the order is still created and can still be worked — the flag is there so nothing slips past you. Two of the four reasons genuinely do impede work: an order with an incomplete address can't be picked or dispatched, and a line with no site isn't reserving stock.
