Raise and dispatch a transfer
A transfer moves stock from one of your sites to another. Raising one is three pieces of work: build the draft, confirm it to hold the stock at the source site, then dispatch it when it physically leaves.
Receive a transfer
A transfer can be received two ways if you scan a licence plate against a transfer-backed line in a receiving session, the plate is silently ignored. Pick whichever fits how your site works.
Resolve a transfer shortfall
Once a transfer is In transit, any dispatched units not yet accounted for at the destination show under Still on the van. Every one of them has to be resolved one of three ways before the transfer can complete. See transfer shortfalls for what "short at source" and "still on the van" mean and how they differ.
Put away a goods receipt
1. Go to Inventory → Putaway. Each row is a goods receipt waiting to be placed, oldest first.
Set up a replenishment policy
1. Go to Inventory → Replenishment. The New policy card on that screen is where you build one.
Run a replenishment task
1. Go to Inventory → Replenishment. Each row is a pick face waiting to be topped up, oldest first.
Count a location
1. Go to Inventory → Counting.
Review count variances
Variances outside tolerance wait in the Review queue card at the bottom of Inventory → Counting — a card heading, not a button. Each row shows the location, the variant, who counted it, the expected and counted quantities, and the variance.
