Check channel coverage

The coverage matrix, under Catalogue in the workspace, shows every product against every channel and the state of each link. It is the one place you can see what is selling where without opening products one at a time.

It is read-only. Nothing is changed from here — it tells you where to go.

What to look for

A product listed nowhere. Usually something created while the channel was set to opt-in, and never published. It is in your catalogue, invisible to customers, and will stay that way silently.

A product listed somewhere it should not be. Most often from a channel set to publish every new variant automatically, picking up something meant for another audience.

Failed links. A variant that should be on a channel and is not, because its push failed. Its error is on the channel's page — see check a channel's sync activity.

When to check it

After a bulk product import, which is when things most often end up unpublished.

Before a promotion, to confirm what you are promoting is actually listed on the channel you are promoting it on.

After changing a channel's publish mode, to see what the change did and did not affect — it applies to variants created afterwards, not retrospectively.

Acting on what you find

To list something missing, publish the variant to the channel.

To take something off, unlist it.

To list everything at once on a channel that should carry your whole catalogue, use Push full catalogue on that channel's Catalogue sync card.

Not the same as the review queue

Coverage shows your products and where they are listed. The review queue shows products a store has that Yessort does not. Products missing from your catalogue entirely will not appear here — they are not yours yet.
