First steps
Welcome aboard! This guide gets you from a brand-new Yessort account to receiving stock and fulfilling your first order.
1. Sign in
Open Yessort in your browser and sign in with the credentials from your welcome email. If you haven't received an invite yet, ask your administrator to add you to the workspace.
2. Set up your warehouse
Before you can track stock, Yessort needs to know about your physical space:
- Go to Settings → Warehouses.
- Add a warehouse and give it a recognisable name.
- Create a few bin locations — the shelves, racks, or zones where stock physically lives.
3. Add your first product
Head to Products and create an item for something you sell. At a minimum you'll need a name and a SKU. See Products overview for the full picture.
4. Receive some stock
With a product and a bin location in place, you can record incoming stock. This is what makes a quantity appear in your inventory. See Inventory overview.
5. Fulfil an order
Once you have stock on hand, you're ready to pick, pack, and ship. See Orders overview.
