NameThe site's display name.
CodeA short identifier for the site.Auto-derived from the name, and auto-suffixed to stay unique. Appears in URLs, reports, and transfer numbers.
TypeWarehouse, shop, or virtual.
Image and paletteThe site's avatar.Palette sets the fallback colour when no image is set.
AddressLine 1/2, city, postcode, country.Optional — leave blank for sites without a postal address, such as virtual sites.
Email and phoneSite contact details.Used on delivery notes and shipping labels.
ActiveWhether the site is in use.Inactive sites can't receive new stock.

Location fields

NameAn optional description.
BarcodeAn optional scannable code for the location.Used to identify the location when scanning.
Zone / Aisle / Bay / Shelf positionFree-text parts of the location's address.
TypeSee location types.Standard, quarantine, damaged, receiving, dispatch, or virtual.
Storage roleHow the location is used in the pick-and-replenish flow: general, pick face, or reserve.General (the default) is picked and put away freely; a pick face is picked first and topped up by replenishment; a reserve holds bulk stock and is picked only when pick faces run short.
Max unitsThe location's capacity in units.Optional — leave blank for unlimited.
PickableWhether the location can be a pick source for sales orders.
ReceivableWhether the location accepts inbound stock.
Allow mixed SKUsWhether the location may hold more than one SKU at once.On by default.
Allow lot mixWhether the location may hold more than one lot of a variant at once.On by default.
ActiveWhether the location is in use.
SequencePick-walk order within the site.Lower numbers come first.
