Dispatch a fulfilment group

  1. Open the order and go to its Dispatch card. Each parcel is listed with its tracking number — select Edit on any parcel to enter one by hand if you didn't buy a label through Yessort, then Save. Confirm dispatched becomes available once at least one parcel has a tracking number.
  2. Select Confirm dispatched.

What changes​

  • The fulfilment group becomes dispatched.
  • The order's derived fulfilment status moves to Fulfilled — or Partially fulfilled if other groups on the order are still outstanding. See the order statuses reference.
  • Where the order came in from a connected sales channel, the channel is notified that it's gone out.

The stored value for dispatched is shipped, and some screens still show that raw value; the button you press is Confirm dispatched.

Permissions​

Dispatching is gated on the same permission set as picking and packing, not the order one — warehouse staff can do this with read-only access to orders.
