Resolve an order in review
The review queue lists orders that arrived from a channel with something worth a second look. Channel content is authoritative, so the order is still created and can still be worked — the flag is there so nothing slips past you. Two of the four reasons genuinely do impede work: an order with an incomplete address can't be picked or dispatched, and a line with no site isn't reserving stock.
The four reasons
| Reason | What happened | What to do |
|---|---|---|
Stuck import (stuck_deferred) | The order is waiting on something that hasn't synced yet, usually a variant, and hasn't cleared. The order doesn't exist in Yessort yet. | Resolve the missing item, then let it retry. |
Incomplete address (incomplete_address) | The order arrived without a first address line, so it can't be picked or dispatched. | Add the missing address. |
Totals (totals_mismatch) | The lines, tax and shipping don't add up to the channel's total. | Check the order before acting on it. |
No fulfilment site (unresolved_site) | A line couldn't be assigned to a site, so its stock is not reserved and is unprotected until you set one. | Set the site promptly. |
Resolve one
- Open the review queue from the Orders need review notification in the bell menu (top right) — it takes you straight there. Nothing in the sidebar links to this screen directly, so the notification (or the
/orders/reviewpage itself, if you've bookmarked it) is how you get in. - Find the row — its Reason badge shows which of the four above applies, and the Detail column carries any extra context Yessort captured.
- If the order exists, follow its link in the Order column and fix the underlying problem there (add the address, set the site, and so on).
- Back on the review list, open the row's actions menu (the … button) and choose Mark fixed once the problem is dealt with, or Ignore if it doesn't need action.
An exception can only be marked fixed or ignored — there's no separate "in progress" state, so leave it in the queue until you're done.
