Run a replenishment task

1. Go to Inventory → Replenishment. Each row is a pick face waiting to be topped up, oldest first.
2. Select Claim on a pending task, or Resume on one already claimed.
3. Scan or type the reserve location into Source reserve bin. If a Suggested source panel is shown, it names a location and how much it has available — select Use to fill the field with it instead of scanning.
4. Set Qty.
5. Select Confirm.

The asymmetry with putaway

A replenishment task works the opposite way round from a putaway task. On a putaway task the destination is what you choose and the source is fixed. Here it's reversed: the pick face you're topping up is fixed by the task, and it's the source you scan.

Partial moves and multiple sources

You don't have to clear the whole task from one location. Enter less than the full quantity and select Confirm — the task stays open with the rest still needed — then repeat from a different source location as many times as it takes to finish it.

Scanning

A scan in Source reserve bin is matched against the location's barcode first, then its code. Either works, so a printed barcode that differs from the shelf label still resolves — and you can type the human-readable code instead when there's nothing to scan.

Landing on a task you haven't claimed

If you reach a replenishment task without going through the queue — a bookmark, the browser's back button, or a link someone sent you — and it hasn't been claimed, the screen shows a Claim control instead of the scan form. Select it to claim the task and start moving stock. Stock can only be moved against a claimed task.
